Where To Ski and Snowboard In The Alps In November ?

Austria is the leading country for November skiing with the Hintertux, Pitztal, Sölden, Kaprun's Kitzsteinhorn, Molltal, Stubai and the Kaunertal glaciers already open.
Megastar James Blunt is to open the winter season in Ischgl on 29 November 2014. He will present his latest album Moon Landing at the world-famous Top of the Mountain Concert

Les 2 Alpes has been open for the past week, joining Tignes which has been open since the first weekend in October. Until Val Thorens opens in November 22nd, Tignes will be the only French resort open.

In Italy, glacier ski areas Val Senales and Passo Stelvio are open. Cervinia will be open from 1st November to 3rd May 2015.

In Switzerland, Saas-Fee (picture attached), Zermatt (always open), Engelberg and Glacier 3000 above Les Diablerets have their glaciers open for snow sports.
The Diavolezza Glacier near St. Moritz has opened on October 2014. Corvatsch and Corviglia will follow on 22 November and open their slopes as well for your winter fun.
